'Seven Magic Mountains' Gaining International Attention On Social Media

Technically, artist Ugo Rondinone's "Seven Magic Mountains" doesn't celebrate its first anniversary until May 7. But "it's always a celebration" at the towering, neon-hued land art project south of Las Vegas, according to Casey Fremont, executive director of the Art Production Fund, which produced "Seven Magic Mountains" with Reno's Nevada Museum of Art. "From day one, it has exceeded our expectations."

Mirage Las Vegas: Review

I had been wanting to stay at Mirage since my Vegas obsession started. Mirage was the catalyst and now, to me, representation of the Vegas I fell in love with. My wife and I had three nights booked. I was fortunate enough to snag a two-night comp reward through MyVegas and we purchased a third night later. Just outside Las Vegas, near the California border, sits the Seven Magic Mountains rock display. This is a large-scale, site-specific public artwork by Rondinone. Seven individual towering sculptures is situated on the far southern end of Las Vegas Boulevard along Interstate 15, approximately a half hour from downtown Las Vegas. This display will be on view for two years beginning May 11, 2016. It's free to view and wander around the rocks during daylight hours.

There is no better place to see your favorite acts then in Las Vegas! You're relaxed, can enjoy a fine meal, have some cocktails without the worry of driving, and no alarm is going to jar you awake all too early the next morning.
