(Producers Notes, Feb. 10, 2019)This week marks the start of the Lunar New Year in the Chinese calendar and Las Vegas celebrates in many ways. We head to the Las Vegas Strip to check out some of the displays and shows across the Blvd, all of which was free to enjoy.
