New Year’s Eve Availability – We still have a few New Year’s Eve rooms right on The Strip at Casino Royale. Dead center (between Harrah’s and Venetian) for all the action, fireworks and festivities!

The price? Only $149 a night. (Try to find anything near The Strip at twice that). The catch? None except booking Dec. 30 to Jan 1 … two nights. (Standard requirement for weekends or holidays at most hotels).

Don’t write and complain if you miss out. We touted this in last week’s newsletter and availability is now very limited. Unless your brother is some million dollar gambler, you won’t find a deal like this this so close to New Year’s here.

If you can’t make it here, enjoy watching Dick Clark show some 1983 Barry Manilow clip and talk about the wind chill factor in New York on ABC TV. Yawn.

FOX network will ring in the New Year’s here … at 9 PM our time (faking a midnight celebration for those on the east coast, broadcast on tape to the west coast).

The 13 minute fireworks spectacular we’ll have at midnight … stretching all four miles of The Strip … will not be part of that show. We’re doing it at midnight Pacific time live!
