Hello From Las Vegas! Amy’s on vacation and I’m on assignment. But we still had plenty of news and events to get out. Plus, I’ve done a number of new Members Mania posts and Amy was able to get a bunch of stuff done before she left. Tim Allen To Perform For First Time At The Mirage Las Vegas – Actor and comedian Tim Allen will take the stage at the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage for the first time Friday, Aug. 13 at 10 p.m. Allen, best known for playing Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor on the hit TV show “Home Improvement,” will perform his hilarious stand-up routine for one night only.

2010 NBA Las Vegas Summer League Schedule Announced – Twenty-two NBA teams, including 11 that appeared in the 2010 NBA Playoffs, will compete in this year’s NBA Summer League. For the second consecutive year, a team of NBA Development League Select players will also participate in the action taking place at the Thomas & Mack Center and the COX Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Marketing partners included in the event are adidas, EA SPORTS, Gatorade and T-Mobile.
